bandit gsf1200 mk1 1998 front brakes
Hi having trouble with my front brakes. got my wheels powder coated fitted them onto my bike. wheel was a bit stiff went for a run brake over heated so had to release banjo on master cylinder to get home. Rubbed paint down more to make discs sit better. Went out again same thing happend. So i bought a master cylinder repair kit and full seal kit for front brakes. Fitted them only large pistons came out. small ones came out slightly but was slightly leaking at bottom. So i stripped them down again found that the small seal for calipers connecting together was to thin. So i put original ones back which were in exellent condition. Now all back together not leaking but when i try to bleed them pistons are not moving at all. Air has stopped coming out. Ive been at this for days HELP!!!! Thanks Jimmy PS Any idea if mk2 bandit 6 pot calipers fit mk1 i was told they would. Might just bite the bullet as they say

Pistons may be stock that is why you can't bleed the calipers. try to redo your cleaning and assembly.
