Electric shock on clutch lever

Drive in the rain home this evening and my 250 bandit gave this recurring shock when i pull the lever as if its shocking with the timing of the motor! like tick tick tick!

any help please!

I Have never heard of that but if you are saying you are getting a shock from the ignition through the clutch leaver then you need to look at the HT leads plug caps and coils to make sure they are not cracked or tracking to the frame, but it they were I would expect the engine to be missing sometimes ?
