Sat for a couple weeks
Got it to start fine
It rode very rough
Wouldn't idle well
Started idling so poorly it was dying when going from 1st to 2nd gear
Was not out of gas or low on oil
Is it bad gas? Carburetor? Dirt stuck in line? What should I do to diagnose and fix? How do I drain gas tank? Ultimately it died about 3miles from house and I walked/pushed it home.

Thanks!!

Sounds like crap or water in the fuel (look in tank and see with a torch water will be in the bottom) or gumed up carbs assuming the sparks are ok if this is the case you will have to remove the carbs and clean them out and re ballance afterwards you could also check for split rubbers on the suction side and the vacuum caps, to get the fuel out of the tank you can either remove it and turn it upside down or syphon it out in to a container,
