gsf1200 bandit 2001 stuck in first gear

Hi Guys
Thank you for this forum,,, hope you can give me some advise...
I was riding my Bandit yesterday and after stopping and engaging 1st gear,
it just got stuck in 1st, cannot go up to neutral or 2nd...
clutch works fine, and it goes forward as normal, just no shifting of gears...
Hope someone can give me some advise...

Sure the toe change is free and not slipped so it's catching on something and preventing full movement ?
